The premium cast iron Beka Cook'On is designed for demanding cooking without compromise. Its body is made of solid cast iron, which perfectly accumulates and evenly distributes heat. The inner surface is coated with the innovative Bekadur-Ceramica® ceramic layer, which is 100% free of PTFE and PFOA - i.e. without harmful chemicals common in traditional non-stick surfaces.
This surface is highly non-stick, scratch resistant and easy to clean - just warm water and a sponge. Its composition also makes it suitable for healthy cooking without fat.
The pan is compatible with all types of heating, including induction and oven. The ergonomic silicone handles are removable, which makes handling and maintenance easy and protects your hands from burns.
