The main advantage of the Karree model is its removable lid with an integrated grill surface. While you are preparing a juicy roast or slowly stewed ragout in the main part of the roasting pan, you can use the lid separately on the stove as a grill pan. The ribbed surface of the lid creates the perfect grill pattern on meat and vegetables and ensures that excess fat is perfectly drained away.

Energy efficiency and solid construction

The roasting pan is made of cast metal with an exceptionally thick base (6 mm), which guarantees:
